FilmTack has made its foray into strong growing IR Automotive Film market with the launch of TK Series Solar Film which provides exceptional heat reduction while reducing the glare and harmful UV rays from the sun. Given the same Visible Light Transmission, TK Series achieves at least 20% higher heat reduction than popular lightly metallized tints in the industry.
TK Series is available in six different models. The three primary Visible Light Transmission (VLT) offered are 5%, 20% and 35%. Each VLT comes in either lower internal or external reflectivity to suit the preference of different markets.
Technology
TK Series is engineered to combine the insulating properties of metals and IR Chemicals to reach the optimum level between performance and production cost. As a result, the spectrophotometric reading of TK Series in the range of 1000nm to 1800nm (infrared heat reduction) is similar to popular ATO IR Films in the market. This amazing performance is equivalent to 20% (or higher) heat reduction than conventional lightly metallized automotive tints.

Marketing & Distribution
The target market of TK Series is major window film brands across the globe. TK Series can be included under their private labels to provide consumers a wider range of value-for-money choices. We are also seeking FilmTack Brand Distributors for TK Series. |
